Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports To: General Manager Boston Field Office
Location: Waltham, MA
SUMMARY
As an EveryNetwork (ENI) sales professional, the Sales Executive will consistently demonstrate his/her ability at B2B consultative solution selling and account management. Must be a strong hunter, finding and selling IT consulting services to new accounts in existing market segments as well as developing business opportunities in new industry segments. Must be able to create demand and sell intangibles. Requires an entrepreneurial orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills to lead EveryNetwork technology teams and channel partners to develop and implement IT focused solutions that fulfill client business needs and exceed client expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for proactive new business development and lead generation

Develop strong interpersonal relationships with clients, ENI technology teams, and channel partners to achieve company goals

Develop long term relationships and highly satisfied clients who generate enthusiastic referrals and repeat business

Manage a complex solution sales process and provide detailed, timely forecasts

Meet/exceed monthly and annual revenue and profit targets
QUALIFICATIONS

Is a high level consultative salesperson, capable of dealing at executive levels to solve critical business issues with the application of various information technologies.

Possess a strong knowledge base of the Information Technology sector.

Experienced in uncovering hidden clients needs and developing/communicating solutions to sell services and intangibles to both the executive and engineering/IT levels.

Proven ability to qualify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in the SMB sector.

Strong leadership abilities at communicating, mobilizing and coordinating account teams comprised of ENI technical resources, channel partner resources and client resources.

Proactive account management skills driving long-term client relationships, high customer satisfaction and loyalty measured by customer retention and repeat business.

Must be a hunter - able to generate new leads and bring to closure.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal/visual communication skills.

Flexible problem solver with a “make it happen” attitude who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment

Possess superior organizational/time management skills and self-motivational attributes.

Must have three to five years experience in technology based complex solution sales.

Experience with Venture Capital, financial and private equity companies a plus.
