Consultant/Field Engineer - Windows, Exchange & Blackberry

Location:
Various client locations within the Boston and San Francisco/Silicon Valley Metro Area

Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to address their immediate issues. These issues could range from simple desktop upgrades to complex server/network implementations or migrations, as well as working with upper management to ensure optimal network performance is maintained.

Qualifications:
To be successful with everynetwork you must bring a positive attitude, a commitment to top quality service, a genuine passion for IT.

A high level of competency and a minimum of 3 years' experience (implementation and administration) with the following technologies:

• Windows 2000/2003 - Operating system & servers
• Windows XP - Operating system
• Exchange 2000/2003 - Servers
• Switches, routers, firewalls, and other security devices
• Blackberry Servers and other handheld devices
  

Candidates who also hold a Bachelor's degree and/or current MS certifications will be given first consideration

In addition, candidates must have a proven track record of success and demonstrate the following talents, abilities and skills:

• Designing, implementing and supporting advanced LAN systems
• Polished customer service skills with a talent for working with non-technical people
• Ability to listen and HEAR clients to determine their real need or issue
• A proactive approach to business and clients
• Keen trouble shooting abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to effectively set and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
