24-hour Help Desk at 877-647-2262 or your on-site Engineering team for
personal assistance. As always, EveryNetwork will assist you in ordering a

If your laptop model, battery model number and battery serial number is

While we realize it is an inconvenience and may be a bit unrealistic for
you to stop using the battery due to the demands of your business, this is
a very serious matter and should be addressed immediately. EveryNetwork
advises you follow the steps as directed by Apple and the Consumer Product
Safety Commission, but if you choose to use the battery while awaiting a
replacement, we recommend that you monitor the temperature of your battery
and discontinue use if you feel it is reaching an unsafe level.
You can always continue to use the affected notebook computers safely by removing
the battery and use the AC adapter with power cord to power the system
until the replacement battery arrives.
As always, EveryNetwork takes the safety of our customers’ systems and
networks very seriously.
